The Delivery Driver Lead is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery drivers and their operations.++

- Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes
- Monitor work flow to analyze patterns and trends
- Review standards for staff
- If needed; Provide timely accurate delivery of medication equipment products supplies into long term care facilities patient's homes
Responsibilities
Train all transportation personnel Coordinate work schedule delivery routes Monitor flow analyze patterns trends Conduct routine meetings Respect privacy confidentiality security patient information property Access only minimum amount patient protected health information needed perform Ensure shipments accurate deliveries timely Perform physical inventories Sort baskets V2 facility units location timings Scans medication pending delivery Prepares manifests ancillary paperwork correspond nursing facility Retrieve medication PVII pharmacists scanned STATs included Check bins before departure missed meds Scans manifests system confirmation SoJob description
