Construction Project Manager/Estimator
Salary:

How you will spend your time as a Construction Project Coordinator:
Function as commercial sales lead to develop business.
Participate in kick-off/coordination meeting with customer.
Prepare estimates for commercial installation projects.
Review, verify, and manage all project documents and paperwork.
Track and document change orders to ensure proper billing at project completion.
Manage product and material procurement process, ensuring materials are ordered, received, and sent to job sites on time.
Oversee and coordinate on-site installation crews.
Ensure the necessary equipment is on the jobsite.
Work with the office personnel responsible for supply ordering to ensure adequate stock supplies.
Ensure quality standards are upheld.
Review all customer billing.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Construction Project Manager/Estimator:3+ years of experience in a commercial construction project management or coordination role.
Valid Driver's License.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently.
