Experience Required
4 years' experience serving in a SOF operational level HQs
4 years' experience in SOF doctrine, operations, and planning at the operational-strategic level
4 years' experience in analyzing national, joint, and SOF strategies, policies, plans and directives
Current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Job Objective
The objective of this requirement is to provide the USSOCOM Joint Training and Exercises Division (J37) with Joint Training assistance services to support the planning, design, synchronization, execution, and evaluation of Special Operations Forces (SOF) exercises.
Support the development of advice and recommendations to senior ranking military commanders, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and senior military and civilian leadership of partner and allied nations
The advice and recommendations will include, but is not limited to, SOF operations, interagency coordination, SOF employment, and Service and National strategy, plans, policy, and doctrine
