Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain automated systems (PLCs, HMIs, Robots, SCADA) for an automated medical device assembly troubleshoot PLC code, HMI and Robot troubleshoot vision troubleshooting laser welders and heat staking troubleshooting of material feed the maintenance of the automation shop floor network.documenting issues and staff to operate automation equipment.software licenses for multiple third-party vendors to keep the automated equipment running maintaining SDLC documentation.

Qualifications:
Sigma/Lean trainingtraining or equivalent technical qualificationsEducation and Experiencedegree in Automation, IT or related Engineering fieldleast 5-years experience with relevant, HMIs, PLCs, robots, SCADA and vision 3 years of cGMP 20% travel the following systems a plus: (Rockwell Software – LogixDesigner(5000), FactoryTalk, Magnemotion Conveyors, Staubli Robots, Cognex/Keyence Vision Systems, Branson Laser Welder
