    **Job Title:** Registered Nurse RN

    NurseCore is currently hiring Infusion Registered Nurses (RN) with a focus on Home Health care. With a national footprint, we have branches hiring in Arizona, California, Colorado, Las Vegas, Texas, Florida, and New York. Management positions are available in some offices.

    Responsibilities:

    Our ideal candidate possesses critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in infusion nursing and home health is preferred.

    • Deliver quality in-home care and infusions as defined within the scope of practice by the Nurse Practice Act.
    • Administer and teach patients about specialty pharmacy infusion therapies and injectables for rare, chronic, and acute diseases in the home setting, infusion suites, or physician office.
    • Maintain patient safety by following proper infection control measures.
    • Coordinate patient care planning with the Director of Nursing and make clinical decisions to ensure high-quality care.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific differences in patient populations and adapt care accordingly.
    • Ensure safe care to patients and adhere to all policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Be willing to travel within assigned regions and work alternate shifts on short notice.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed as a Registered Nurse through the State Board of Nursing required.
    • Home health experience preferred, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and infusions.
    • Minimum of two years' medical-surgical or critical care/ER experience preferred.
    • Minimum of one year's recent infusion experience preferred.
    • Current PPD and CPR certification required, along with COVID vaccinations.
    • Successful completion of skills assessments specific to areas of experience.
