◊ Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
◊ Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No call
◊ Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Outpatient Clinic Setting – Focus will be with GYN cases and some OB
◊ Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
◊ Total Number of FTE's needed? 3 FTE
◊ Reason for Coverage: Shortage with increase in patient load
