    **Job Description**

    Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Data Steward This individual will partner with relevant departments to facilitate integrations between systems to enable better data synchronization, consistency, and alignment. This role is key in ensuring that Ryan team members have accurate information to support and grow our clients and partners in a client-centric way.

    Some things you can expect to do:

    Manage data from a variety of sources and have a strong understanding of the various tools and platforms that contribute to our project and client information

    Standardize information and eliminate discrepancies within and across product solutions to ensure the quality of the data gathered, stored, and used by the organization

    Help departments create and implement processes and procedures for data collection, cleansing, storage, use, and security, including documenting process and enforcing accountability

    Understand the organization's workflow processes and identify opportunities for automation

    Conduct outreach to users and information owners to fill in gaps in data or to solve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data

    Create, update, and maintain standard definitions of data points

    Collaborate with individual departments to understand end-to-end data flows and how their data fits into overall data strategy

    Assist with data discrepancies, researching correct information and ensuring accuracy across all systems

    Manual data entry and updates in systems, as necessary

    Solve data-related issues, integrate, and communicate resolutions with other solution domains

    To be successful in this role, you must have a background in data management or quality. Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), Power BI, custom apps (ex: project app, NapkinSketch) is required.

    Able to effectively communicate with individuals at various levels of the technical and business services lines
