    Job Title: Sander

    Sand, prepare and clean signs to exact specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prep sign cabinets using electric sanders or scuffing tools.
    • Apply adhesives as needed and sand surfaces smoothly.
    • File small plate letters for precise fit.
    • Clean signs with thinners to achieve a glossy finish.
    • Operate various hand tools to meet production demands.
    • Maintain safe work areas by efficiently moving materials around the facility.

    Requirements:

    • Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment issues.
    • Ability to move heavy materials with assistance from team members.
    • Multi-task in fast-paced environments while maintaining focus.
    • Organized and detail-oriented to meet deadlines.
    • Prioritize tasks according to production orders and follow directions accurately.
