- Identifying problems and addressing them efficiently.
- Utilizing computer skills and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reading and understanding Engineering drawings and manufacturing work instructions.
- Following work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Performing complex assembly tasks like wiring, soldering, and component attachment.
- Conducting product disassembly and repair activities as needed.
- Managing material control functions and inventory.
- Hand soldering components according to standards and retaining necessary certifications.
- Conducting dimensional and visual inspections following specific standards.
- Adjusting materials to meet electrical or dimensional requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Prior knowledge of industry standard soldering skills is beneficial. Internal training and certification tests will be provided as needed.
- Familiarity with Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices is advantageous.
