    Hospitalist - Pediatrics, Pediatrics
    Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Hospitalist - Pediatrics and play a vital role in delivering exceptional pediatric care within a dynamic hospital environment. Your expertise will ensure seamless inpatient care, coordinate with outpatient services, and support newborn and pediatric patients through compassionate and efficient practices.
    Required Skills:
    • Valid medical license to practice pediatrics
    • Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics
    • Proven experience as a hospitalist or in inpatient pediatric care
    • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
    Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience with CLIA-waived testing and basic radiology
    • Prior work in outpatient and hospital settings
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
    • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
    • At least 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience
    • Previous work in busy hospital or pediatric clinics is advantageous
    Other Requirements:
    • Availability for rotating call schedule, including weekends and evenings
    • Participation in approximately 10 days of call per month, primarily newborn care
    • Ability to document all overtime and callback hours accurately
    • Must pass background checks and immunization requirements
    This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, along with comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure, certification reimbursements, and travel support where applicable.
