In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes to cater to our current base of 2,000 business customers. Simultaneously, you will cultivate new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead and guide a small group of professionals in executing these responsibilities.
You will evolve into an expert in educating and mentoring your team members, gradually transitioning into the position of Agency Director as you master the necessary skills utilizing our established systems and methodologies. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
