    This position is
    NOT REMOTEJob Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Coordinator & Finance.

    This position will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations while also contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis.

    This position will play a vital role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting strategic financial planning efforts within our real estate company.


    Responsibilities:

    Banking and accounting services:

    • Utilize computerized bookkeeping software with proficiency
    • Being detailed and action oriented
    • Manage various office files including accounting, employee, and contract filesOperations and Administration:
    • Collaborate with staff and associates, fostering positive working relationships
    • Purchase necessary supplies and equipment for efficient office functioning
    • Ensure the professional appearance and maintenance of office
    • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and manage repair services
    • Record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
    • Provide support to the VP of Finance in various financial tasks
    • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
    • High level of customer serviceRequirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting related field required
    • 3+ years' experience required
    • Proficiency in computerized bookkeeping and general computer usage
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Prior experience in accounting or finance-related role is a MUSTSchedule:
    8-hour shifts Monday to Friday with potential for additional after hours as needed

    Salary:
    $25-$30 an hourAbility to relocate:
    • San Fernando Valley, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
