Job Summary

The Chiropractic Assistant (CA) position is integral to the daily operations of the office and overall client experience. The CA is truly the one who makes the core principles of 100% Chiropractic and the perfect patient journey come to life. The CA must be able to convey to each patient the facets of their chiropractic care while delivering a 5-star experience. The CA is also responsible for administrative work and the behind the scenes operations that keep our office running.

We will train you to use our systems and our platforms, but we are also a small business so having that problem-solver mentality and that can-do attitude is a must. Additionally, if you have a willingness to learn and grow in the health industry, we want you on our team. Our patients come here for chiropractic care AND the family-like environment so we are looking for you to bring energy, compassion and connection to this position.

Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing, service-centered Chiropractic Assistant to add to our team. Our CAs are responsible for executing our New Patient Experience - i.e. taking x-rays, completing the new patient checklist, teaching in-office and home therapies, and making the patient feel like they have truly found the best chiropractic care. Operationally, our CAs must execute every step of the client journey. This includes everything from following up with leads to booking patients next appointments to billing. The CA must be extremely organized and diligent throughout their day to ensure all of their responsibilities are done while still offering each client an amazing experience.

You must have previous sales experience and must be able to share past metrics and KPIs from sales roles. We will provide 100%-specific sales training and processes along with continued opportunities to hone your sales craft. This position is base + uncapped commission. There is no cold-calling involved as our marketing efforts produce ample new patients for you.

You must be outgoing, willing to network and engage with our community, and should be able to confidently recommend and communicate the additional products and services we offer that align with our patients goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients while in the office making them feel special
• Answer the phone at the clinic and make follow up calls when necessary
• Schedule patient appointments
• Explain fees to patients and accept payment
• Perform data entry in the clinics computer systems
• Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
• Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
• Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
