    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Marketing Services Manager is responsible for all Marketing in-house print and project management activities and initiatives. This role oversees a support team which is dedicated to efficiently executing in-house print production activities and ensures the Integrated Marketing project management resources are dedicated to facilitating collaborative involvement and successful project completion within stated timelines

    JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Serve as a strategic business leader within the organization, driven to promote growth in others.
    • Coordinate installation projects related to various Marketing Communications projects across all mediums
    • Oversee execution of in-store print marketing activation (i.e. signs, tags)
    • Direct Marketing Project Management and Print Services resources, processes, controls, and workflows
    • Serve as leadership POC for print and project management vendor partnerships
    • Maintain consistent focus on process improvement and optimization
    • Vendor contract management
    • Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets, utilizing cost analysis to evaluate ROI for any vendor engagement
    • Effectively manage the flow of information and communication across all project stakeholders at all levels within the organization

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
    • 3 years' experience in a leadership role with a successful track record building effective teams
    • Proven success building and nurturing effective collaborative business relationships.
    • Effectively navigates complex relationships where negotiation and compromise are recurring characteristics
    • Passion for analyzing, reporting, and improving ROI of marketing activities
    • Proficient in or similar tool
    • Demonstrated success utilizing Project Management resources and methodologies (PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred)
    • Knowledge of digital/interactive marketing channels and strategies
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Effective communicator using both written and verbal communication skills
