    Description

    Job Overview

    The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering exceptional customer relationships, providing top-notch service and support to existing and potential customers. This individual will also play a key role in motivating and guiding kitchen department personnel through sales and training processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring complete client satisfaction
    • Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, and other essential tasks
    • Develop strong relationships with customers by responding to their inquiries efficiently and courteously
    • Process orders in person, over the phone, or via email
    • Maintain effective communication with dispatchers to coordinate delivery requests, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Discuss product features and benefits with customers
    • Determine customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions, offering additional products and supplies as needed
    • Handle incoming phone calls and emails to provide timely assistance to customers
    • Accept payments and apply them to the relevant customer account
    • Visit job sites for measurements and design purposes

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
    • Able to perform basic math and measurement skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with 20/20 software
    • Previous experience in kitchen and bath design
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, persuasive impact, and listening)

    Physical Demands:

    • Ability to stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
    • Manual dexterity
    • Ability to talk and hear

    Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Work hours are approximately 40-45 per week.
