    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Lead Swiss Programming Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team.

    This position is perfect for a motivated, seasoned professional who is passionate about leveraging their extensive knowledge and skills to drive our engineering processes to new heights.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, providing training, and ensuring the successful execution of Swiss programming projects.

    Lead and manage a team of Swiss programming engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
    Provide training and development opportunities to the engineering team to ensure the continuous improvement of skills and knowledge.
    Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to align Swiss programming strategies with overall company objectives.

    Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Swiss programming projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

    Monitor and evaluate the performance of Swiss programming processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

    Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Swiss programming and manufacturing engineering, applying this knowledge to drive innovation in our processes.

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Swiss programming in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

    Extensive experience in leading and managing a team of engineers, with a strong focus on training and development.
    Proficient in the use of Swiss programming software and tools, with a deep understanding of manufacturing engineering principles.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

    Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Swiss programming and manufacturing engineering.
