- 7-year strict background check.
- 2+ years related automation experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-year Technical Degree in related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to troubleshoot automated machinery that utilize PLC programs.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics as they relate to automated, production, and facility support equipment.
- Bending, stooping, walking for long periods of time, and lifting.
- General aptitude test and written electrical test will be given to all applicants.
- Assemble, maintain, and install electrical equipment such as conveyors, PLC cabinets, and electrical components as they relate to automated, production and facility support machinery.
- Under the direction of Engineering and Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Section Leaders, support production team to achieve goals regarding automated machinery and systems.
- Maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems, compressed air systems, including but not limited to all pneumatic/hydraulics relating to automation and production machinery.
- Interact with Engineering in design, fabrication and enhancement of components related to existing/future automated machinery projects.
- With the use of a variety of tools, troubleshoot electrically automated production machinery and facility support equipment.
- Complete scheduled work assignments and tasks related to automated machinery and facility support equipment in a timely manner.
- Assist maintenance personnel with daily duties as needed.
- Assist Maintenance Leaders in maintaining documentation within their responsibility related to our EMS/QMS requirements.
- Observe and follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the Maintenance Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
