- 4+ years of experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Proficiency in fabricating stainless steel and mild steel components to specific drawings
- Skilled in using TIG & MIG welding equipment, grinders, band saws, and plasma torches
- Experience with gas distribution system fabrication, including orbital welding is advantageous
- Knowledge of dimensional specifications, angles, flatness, weld preparation, and penetration to ensure quality
- Ability to anticipate and compensate for material stress or movement caused by welding
- Custom fabrication of items such as mild steel frames, stainless steel vacuum chambers, and piping using various welding techniques
- Assembly of vacuum furnaces including piping systems and gas distribution systems
- Conducting operational tests on vacuum furnaces including monitoring during use and performing fluid evaluations/changes as necessary
- Maintenance tasks such as insulation repair/replacement on vacuum furnaces
- Providing field service for vacuum furnaces and their components

Interview Process: In-Person Position Type: Temp-to-perm (6 months), Full-time (40 hours per week)
