- Schedule: Start as soon as credentialed, ongoing 6 months to a year
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Job Setting: Clinic and hospital OP (for procedures)
- Duties: Provide consultative and follow-up care in the ambulatory clinic and also be scheduled to perform procedures 2-3 days per week
- Board Certified, board eligible
- Licensure: Active CA license is required
