Description

Position Overview: The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the operational processes. This role requires a strong background in mathematics, proficiency in Excel, and a keen ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions. While prior experience in the printing industry is advantageous, it is not required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for operations management, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to supporting the company's goals of sustained growth and scalability. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools.

salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Data Analysis: Utilize mathematical skills and Excel expertise to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality materials.

Email Correspondence: Handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally, representing the company effectively.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop growth strategies and identify opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and seamless operations.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Training and Development: Support team members in their professional development.

Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
