Responsibilities:
Assist with developing/maintaining procedure manualInterface with municipal client and contractorsTechnical Lead/Liaison for Electronic Bidding SystemAssist with payment application reviewCoordinate and track all project plans and drawingsOversee and construction document deliverable complianceProvide administrative support for project teamAssist Project Manager with change orders, RFIs submittals and response letters to contractorsAssist with monitoring progress and processing reports and required documentationCoordinate monthly scheduling meetingsPrepare and maintain project records including meeting minutes and all required forms for deliverable to the clientQualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field2+ years of experience on projects valued at $10 million+Knowledge of RFI tracking and contract documentationAbility to perform payment review and preparationAble to multi-task and handle numerous concurrent requestsKnowledge of construction management software a+Computer proficiency in MS OfficePlease visit our website for all of our career opportunities at https://careers- offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment
