    The Role

    We are looking for a Marketing Director with direct sales / network marketing experience to join our team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own the marketing calendar, drive product launches, and build the tools and content our field salesforce needs to grow their businesses.

    You'll manage a small team and external vendors while reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing. This is not a corporate brand management position — it's a fast-paced, execution-heavy role where you'll be creating and delivering new campaigns, content, and assets every week.

    What You'll Do

    • Own and execute the marketing calendar across product launches, promotions, incentive campaigns, and field communications
    • Develop distributor marketing assets: social media kits, product one-pagers, training decks, compliant advertising templates, and video content
    • Plan and manage product launch campaigns from positioning through execution
    • Oversee digital marketing channels: social media, email campaigns, website content, and distributor communications
    • Manage external creative vendors (designers, videographers, agencies) on time and on budget
    • Create distributor training materials, onboarding sequences, and recognition program assets
    • Support international markets with localized strategies and materials
    • Conduct competitive intelligence and report on industry trends
    • Track marketing performance and report on campaign effectiveness

    What We're Looking For

    • 5-10 years of marketing experience
    • Direct experience in MLM, network marketing, or direct sales — this is non-negotiable
    • You understand compensation plans, field psychology, distributor dynamics, and compliance sensitivities unique to this channel
    • Proven track record managing product launches in a direct sales environment
    • Strong project management skills — comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
    • Hands-on content creation ability: copywriting, designer briefing, and video editing
    • Experience managing vendors and freelancers
    • Comfortable working across international markets
    • Proficient with email platforms, social media tools, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and basic analytics

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in supplements, wellness, skincare, or beauty categories
    • Background working at a direct sales or network marketing company
    • Experience marketing across multiple product categories (e.g., supplements, skincare, wellness devices)
    • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and marketing automation tools
