    WHAT WE SEEK?We are seeking a passionate, creative, and self-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across all our social media platforms.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using relevant KPIs, delivering regular reports to the team.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with marketing goals.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis, stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply insights to improve our social media strategies.
    • Coordinate with influencers and other relevant figures for promotional activities.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative campaigns.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2-4 years) in social media management and content creation.
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
    • Ability to deliver creative and engaging content.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
