- Facilitating full sales cycle through talking with customers, accurately informing them about our products and services, and closing each sale
- Establishing strong client brand representation through excellent customer service experiences, strong product knowledge and professional presentation of self
- Meet weekly with a team of peers to discuss performance, strategize on brand optics, and understand room for improvement
- Working in partnership with and building a relationship with various retailers and other teams to meet mutual customer connection goals
- Must have a high school diploma or educational equivalent
- Must be passionate about people, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with others
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail is preferred
- General knowledge of sales and customer service preferred
