Job Description

• Seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a manufacturing company.
• This is a full-time, 1st shift role with great benefits and opportunity for growth
• AP tasks including printout invoices, match packing slips, attached payment confirmation
• Enter info into our accounting system (QuickBooks and Fishbone)
• Prove invoices of received items
• Prepare detailed analyses including freight expense, vendor activity reports, commission expense
• Prepare Excel reports required by Senior Management and Accounting Department

Requirements

• Associates in Accounting or Finance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel skills required
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally with Management team
• Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail
