Job DescriptionImmediate opening for an experienced legal secretary in our Riverside office. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and is willing to engage in a collaborative environment. Must possess outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Our office primarily defends public entities being sued in personal injury cases.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in defense civil litigation, including tracking important legal and filing deadlines and calendaring civil litigation events pursuant to Code.
Candidates should also have extensive experience with finalizing pleadings, correspondence and knowledge of service requirements. Salary commensurate with experience.
