- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field
- 3 - 5 years of related work experience; or
- An equivalent amount of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and to speak effectively before groups of employees.
- Possess basic math skills, such as the ability to calculate figures such as percentages, proportions, and fractions, draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees or managers.
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift as necessary for data collection or training.
- Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills required.
- Functional knowledge of power tool use and simple fabrication tasks
- Mechanical knowledge and technical drawing skills preferred.

Description
Under the direction of the Engineering Manager this position will work on projects that range from machine troubleshooting to improving production and office processes. The Process Engineer is self-motivated and can work efficiently with minimal direction and still meet deadlines.
