    Responsibilities for the Electrical Service Manager:

    • Hire, train, and manage electricians and the electrical department.
    • Coach, mentor, train, and develop electricians.
    • Conduct ride-along with technicians and suggest improvements.
    • Oversee all electrical department operations.
    • Investigate and resolve any client complaints.
    • Lead weekly team meetings.
    • Ensure the team follows all electrical codes and standards.
    • Develop and improve departmental policies and procedures.
    • Suggest ways to increase revenues and efficiency.
    • Determine the work schedule and assignments.
    • Set and track the departmental budget.
    • Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
    • Train, develop, and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
    • Planning, organizing, and directing all electrical service operations activities to ensure profitable growth.

    Requirements for the Electrical Service Manager:

    • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the electrical service industry.
    • Electrical Journeyman's or master's license.
    • Proven track record managing a $5 million and above Electrical Dept
    • Office 365 proficiency.
    • Experience with Service Titan is required.
    • Strong business acumen is needed.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to delegate, motivate, and empower the technicians.
    • Passion for training and developing the technicians.
    • Driven by providing exceptional customer service and achieving metrics.
    • Flexible and adaptable to change.
    • High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
