    We are seeking a passionate individual to join our IT team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch support to our network-based systems.

    As a Junior Help Desk Technician at Drury Design, you will work under the guidance of senior staff to provide support for our physical and cloud-based products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

    What You'll Do::

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to users for physical and cloud-based products.
    • Assist in provisioning new users with accounts and privileges.
    • Assist in investigating account lockouts and data loss incidents.
    • Learn to troubleshoot software issues by screensharing into remote devices.
    • Learn to troubleshoot hardware issues by meeting with staff in-office.
    • Assist in assigning training modules to users who require technical education.

    As candidates grow in the role, they will gain experience in:

    • Deploying and servicing cloud environments such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
    • Assisting in managing configuration profiles and policies in Kandji MDM.
    • Supporting cloud services like , Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom, Slack, and Mimecast.
    • Assisting in monitoring network telemetry to ensure uptime.
    • Assisting in reviewing and responding to security tickets from our Security Operations Center (SOC).
    • Learning to adjust policies at a user level to mitigate risks such as email spoofing, phishing, and DNS blocking.
    • Assisting in enforcing security protocols on MDM enrolled devices, internet-connected systems, and accounts.
    What You Bring::

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
