    Responsibilities

    Mentor and Train:
    Lead and coordinate activities for machine operators and maintenance associates, ensuring the smooth upkeep of production equipment.

    Fix and Rebuild:
    Dive into hands-on tasks such as dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and assembling equipment to maintain optimal operations.

    Innovate and Troubleshoot:

    Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you diagnose and fix electro-mechanical equipment issues, driving efficiency and productivity.


    Preventive Maintenance:

    Your Qualifications

    Technical Savvy:
    Master the use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration tools with ease.

    Engineering Enthusiast:
    An associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology would be a significant advantage.
    Experience Matters: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PMs and repairs of electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment to the table is a plus
