    Description

    Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your pills, the paint on your house and texture on your walls. Graco is part of your daily life.

    Graco is seeking a Treasury and Risk Manager to lead our financial resource management efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring Graco's financial stability by overseeing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and effectively mitigating financial risks.

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively lead Treasury team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Monitor and forecast daily cash positions in order to make informed investment and borrowing decisions, ensuring adequate liquidity for both short-term and long-term needs.
    • Implement strategies to optimize and manage Graco's global cash positions, maximizing interest income and minimizing foreign exchange exposure.
    • Maintain strong bank relationships with banking partners, evaluating their services, fees, and credit facilities to ensure Graco's needs are being met.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks including developing, maintaining and implementing a corporate hedging policy.
    • Monitor existing debt obligations to ensure compliance with covenants and timely reporting.
    • Design, manage, and administer corporate property and casualty insured programs, as well as self-insured programs, in collaboration with third-party providers to mitigate Graco's worldwide exposure to casualty, property, auto, non-MN workers compensation, international, D&O, crime, K &R and ocean cargo risks.
    • Provide management with analysis on loss exposures related to Graco operations.
    • Identify and implement opportunities and technology solutions to streamline and enhance treasury operation processes.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification are a plus).
    • 5+ years' experience in treasury management or related financial roles, including cash management experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience with treasury management systems (Kyriba).
    • Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading and developing teams.
