- PM project delivery of planned projects and coordinate with cross-functional organizations.
- Complete all aspects of project planning process including developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
- Acquire team members as needed through appropriate channels to complete the work.
- Manage all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders.
- Support scope updates and modifications to on-going projects.
- Forecast project financials with reporting tools.
- Where applicable, manage subcontractor POs to include quality, timeliness, and budget on deliverables.
- Lead and/or support preparation and execution of innovation stage gate reviews.
- Coordinate project communications ensuring team, customer, and stakeholders are kept informed of status. Provide monthly status reporting and bi-monthly Project Health Reviews.
- Properly complete projects such as by transmitting deliverables via project letter; archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management, and resource management systems/tools; etc.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons, and risk avoidance for future work.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with team, customer, and other stakeholders (e.g. internal management) to facilitate successful project completion as well as identify opportunities for additional business growth.
- B.S. degree in project management, engineering, information technology or computer science
- Preferred - Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
- 3+ years of experience as project manager leading low to medium complexity projects to successful completion
- Strong interpersonal skills such as effective verbal and written communications;
- Able to carry out multiple tasks as assigned on a variety of subject areas with minimal guidance from supervisory project managers and mentors;
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to lead team to success (ability to influence);
- Drives for results and meets objectives.
- Understanding of financials (relationship of sales, margin and OE);
- Strong planning and organization skills;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge and skill of project scheduling and cost management;
- Demonstrated ability or understanding of the transformation of data to information for visual reports; ability to manage data within systems; quickly learn to interact with company functions that are touch points to projects (Finance, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.);
- High-quality presentation skills;
- Will be expected to complete assigned training in Westinghouse Systems, Procedures, and Policies applicable to assignments.

The Engineered Solutions Innovation Senior Project Manager (PM) will be managing innovation and engineering plant projects within Global Operating Services (GOS). Project Management of innovation projects to meet project deliverables and working within the Engineered Solutions Product Management and Growth team. The PM will be responsible for all project management processes for assigned low to medium complexity projects. Requires leading small teams (average <15 team members) and implementing project controls. As experience and capabilities increase, PM may be assigned to higher complexity projects.PM may serve as a Technical Inputs Lead for projects and project offers. Example project disciplines include Innovation/Product Development, Engineering, Digitization, and Process Improvement. All project management is performed in accordance with the established Westinghouse policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
