    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Technician. This role is responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including reading blueprints, operating equipment, and ensuring quality control.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work at a fast pace, follow instructions, and be self-motivated
    • Read and interpret blueprints, calculating bend allowances and material requirements
    • Operate measuring tools, calipers, and other equipment to ensure accuracy
    • Lift up to 40-50 lbs routinely, and occasionally up to 90 lbs.
    • Stand for 10 hours and work independently with minimal supervision

    Requirements

    • A technical degree or high school diploma/GED is required; 3 years' experience in manufacturing preferred
    • Pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and fit for duty physical assessment
    • Possess productivity/time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to read basic blueprints

    Benefits
