    Sr. Technical Program Manager- 100% onsite in MN or TX

    on-site in Houston, TX or Minneapolis, MN.

    MUST HAVE MINIMUM:

    8 Years Technical Project/Program Manager experience

    8 Years experience implementing large scale med-device products

    Looking for technical program manager who has experience in implementing large scale med-device products (primarily software, digital ecosystem) with knowledge of hardware and SaMD regulatory needs for the US.

    • 8+ years of experience with the above skills who has experience in end-end product implementation.
    • Long term contract and high probability of contract to hire.
    • It is full time onsite role; looking in 2 locations: Pref 1 Houston Texas, Pref 2 Minneapolis, Minnesota


    Qualifications

    • Essential prior experience in Medical Device products.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in project management, reporting, and impactful presentations.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • 5+ years of successful technical program/project management
    • Proven track record in executing complex projects within specified timelines and budgets.
    • Ability to thrive managing multiple projects in a dynamic development environment.
    • Proficient in controlled product development processes
    • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead high-impact medical product development initiatives with diverse internal and external collaborators.
    • Drive technical excellence in the design, testing, and integration of cutting-edge medical devices.
    • Strategize and oversee program subsystems, ensuring timely project deliverables.
    • Formulate and gain senior management approval for comprehensive project plans, adeptly addressing risks.
    • Foster accountability and quality within the development team, managing budgets effectively.
    • Implement corrective actions promptly, providing insightful project status updates to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with functional leaders for resource commitments and issue resolution.
    • Ensure strict adherence to design control and product development processes.
