    This position will act as the primary point of contact for the operations group and Executive leadership concerning financial matters, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit and tax support, and accounting systems.

    Our systems consist of Fishbowl for inventory management and QuickBooks for financials, along with Bill for payables.

    It is critical this individual become deeply involved in the use of these systems for all transaction cycles, be in a position to support operations in conducting transactions, and assist in optimizing use of these systems to enhance accuracy and streamline efforts.


    Pay rate:
    $52, $72,752.68 AnnuallyPay rate is dependent upon education & experience.


    Essential Functions:

    Partners with the Operations leadership team to understand performance, optimize finance related operational decisions, ensure appropriate financial/accounting rigor, introduce process discipline as needed, and safeguard company assets
    Establishes accounting processes and procedures
    Develops budgeting and forecasting process while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and leveraging systems capabilities
    Drives change, as needed, to ensure compliance to GAAP, reviewing and delivering recommendations for continuous improvement, and clearly communicating relevant fiscal information to executive management
    It is the single point of contact relating to financial processes and information for the business and manages the overall quality of reported financial information and finance process controls
    Effectively lead the Finance organization and positively influence business outcomes
    Actively participates in large deal reviews as a representative of the finance team supporting the General Managers
    Manages individually and through the company team and consultants all accounting procedures related to operations
    Establishes budgeting process and procedures for all functions coordinates development of department budgets with managers

    Required Education and Experience:
    High School Diploma or GED
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business with a concentration in Accounting required
    3-5 years of practical experience in financial analysis, report preparation, account reconciliation, and account analysis work

    Physical Demands & Competencies:
    Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
    Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
    Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
    Safety & Product Knowledge
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Access
    Basic knowledge of Cognos, Hyperion, or Chrystal Reports
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
