- Greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed.
- Responsible for closing the sale on retail products to guests. They are responsible for maintaining the retail area of the spa in a clean and orderly manner and should be knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all retail offerings and promotions.
- Understand how to effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our guests.
- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Arranging and labeling goods in the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the items they are looking for
- Processing customer payments at the checkout counter
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
- Friendly, warm, and welcoming when speaking with internal and external guests
- Able to work any day including weekends and holidays.
- Free shift meals (prepared daily by our culinary team).
