    Our Opportunity

    The primary role of the HR Coordinator is to provide day-to-day support to the HR function in North America. Critical to your success is the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR information and data as well as attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter, maintain and analyze confidential HR data in both Success Factors and iSolved HRIS and maintain accurate data
    • Assist with entering employee data changes and updates
    • Partner with corporate HR on workflow matters related to new hires, transfers and terminations
    • Create and update organizational charts/distribution lists
    • Develop monthly headcount reports and other reports as needed
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, trainings and other functions
    • Support talent management efforts (creating job requisitions, tracking new hire Onboarding progress and start dates, initiating relocation for transfers, assisting with candidate interviews including booking travel, and preparing internal transfer/promotion letters)
    • Assist with onboarding of new employees
    • Respond to general employee inquiries on HR policies and procedures
    • Prepare correspondence and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Assist with office management responsibilities (badges, scheduling conference rooms, invoicing)
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum High School Diploma and at least 5 years of applicable industry experience in a Human Resources or business reporting role; college degree in relevant field preferred
    • Ability to handle confidential data with a high level of integrity and professionalism
    • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
    • Ability to manipulate and analyze data using pivot tables, v -lookups and Excel formulas
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and priority setting skills
    • Must demonstrate flexibility when work assignments or priorities change and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the HR function
    • Ability to prepare correspondence and documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Resourceful in accomplishing work tasks and obtaining needed information
    • Demonstrated sense of urgency and level of energy required to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated reliable work ethic and desire to put in extra time and effort to ensure effectiveness
