    Description

    Job Title: IT Manager

    We are hiring an IT Manager to keep our technology running smoothly and support the systems that help our staff serve the community. You'll lead key tech projects while also handling day‑to‑day management of our network, cloud tools, and core applications.

    The role is a hands‑on opportunity where your work directly strengthens our ability to help people across Kitsap County. KCR offers a great benefits package with 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for the employee and 6.5% employer contribution to your 401(k) after 1 year.

    • Lead all agency technology guidance initiatives & support functions Identifies KCR's needs develops plans addresses them carries out appropriate by engaging relevant personnel
      1. Develop maintain multi-year Strategic Plan aligned organization's mission growth objectives operational priorities Establish oversees formal governance structure guide investments risk management policy enforcement Lead roadmap development infrastructure modernization cloud strategy align long-term sustainability organization Provide executive reporting performance cybersecurity posture system health risk exposure Partner Leadership Team department heads assess prioritize based impact mitigation Integrate capital planning annual budgeting financial forecasting processes Create publish maintain policies (acceptable use electronic communications privacy security etc) provides input manuals guides

      Cybersecurity Risk Management:



      • Develop implement comprehensive program security awareness training program employees Design document support networks systems stability integrity ensure data compliance regulatory grantor funder best practices respond resolve incidents Provides ongoing education staff regarding secure operations keeps hardware software components network cloud services maintained up-to-date


      • Familiarity MIP accounting HR software MS environments ChildPlus Washington state web services preferred Demonstrated successful experience administration company-wide programs including collaboration tracking reporting knowledge skills abilities:
