What you will doWe are looking for a highly motivated and proven Business Development Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for growing sales primarily in our Home Services vertical.

In this role, you will be working a short-medium sales cycle, with a focus on prospecting large national and regional-sized home improvement contractors and service providers who are interested in and have a need in growing their business through online marketing.

We expect sales team members to meet and exceed their quotas; metrics and performance are tracked on a daily basis.

Using your talent for phone sales and other proven avenues of sales outreach, you will network, qualify prospects, present the value of our marketing solutions, and close deals.

Qualified candidates will have experience in selling lead gen for home services.

Prospect and qualify new sales through cold email/calling and networkingSchedule several sales meetings and presentations weekly with qualified prospectsOpportunity to close five- and 6-figure dealsCreate, plan, and deliver presentations on Buyerlink's marketing servicesTrack all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating new prospect and account information regularlyCreate and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospectsDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customersMeet and/or exceed quotas; KPIs must be tracked with diligenceAbility to figure out and learn independentlyCoordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effortTravel to prospective customers with a product to showcase key featuresWho you are and what makes you qualifiedA consistent track record of success in a sales and/or business development rolePossess excellent written/verbal communication skills3 years (5+ years preferred) of outside sales w/ experience also selling over video callsProven track record selling high-dollar marketing and advertising services over the phoneExperience in a short sell cycle is highly preferred - an ability to "two-call" closeAbility to learn quickly in a hands-on, virtual environmentPossess a high-energy, charismatic, positive "can-do" attitude via the phone and in personA sales background in the home improvement/services industry is a plusHigh ethical values and professionalismProspect tracking using or other CRM experience preferredBA/BS Degree preferred, but not requiredLife at Buyerlink:Take part in our Service Days program - where you'll be rewarded with paid time off for volunteering and making a positive impact in your community.
