    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Performing routine clinical laboratory tests and essential functions efficiently and accurately.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Must possess an Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.

    Mandatory License/Certification/Registration:

    • Successful completion of the mandatory Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of hire, with subsequent renewal every three years.

    Preferred License/Certification/Registration:

    • Preferably certified for DOT Urine Drug Screen Collection.
    • ASCP/NCA certification should be obtained within twelve months of employment.

    Work Hours:

    • Varied shifts; totaling 72 hours every two weeks
      • Periodic weekend shifts (2 days per month)
      • Occasional holiday coverage
      • Weekly on-call duty (once per week)

    Compensation:

    The hourly wage range for this role is detailed below. Actual rate is determined based on individual experience and qualifications.

    • $31.75 per hour
