    Summary

    Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the early learning program.

    In collaboration wit the Executive Director the Coordinator will develop, coordinate, plan, lead, and supervise the child care staff and program.

    Duties
    Knowledge of OEC Licensing-ensure the site is in compliance
    Knowledge and experience with NAEYC Accreditation
    Lead daily operations of the child care program
    Support in hiring staff
    Review and provide feedback on learning experience plans
    Assist in planning professional development

    Requirements
    Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
