Description

We are looking for an exceptional "tasting server" to help conduct food tastings and manage off-premise catering events. The server will the lead the front-end while working along the chef and event planner to executive flawless tastings.
The Tasting server will also be expected to work as a server or event captain on off-premise events.
(corporate, public, and private events)

Optimal candidate must have the following:
Atleast 3 years of fine dinning restaurant experience or supervisorial catering responsibilities.
Very flexible in regards to the work schedule.
Fluent speaker - ENGLISH
Knowledge of varios cusines
Knoledgable on liqour and wine
Time managment
Very detailed oriented
Exceptional customer service
Bartending history
Food and safety understanding
Exceptional communication skills
Adaptive attitude

Certifications required
Basset or equal Liquor handling and serving license
Safe-Serv or equal certification
