    We are looking for:

    We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – ERP Ops who will be responsible for mainly supporting operational issues and changes in process and systems by working closely with a dedicated Engineering team, Operations, and business teams to help reduce cost, realize operational excellence, and improve customer journey on the .com site. You will report to the Senior Product Manager

    The impact you will have:

    • Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system.
    • Support eCommerce process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies.
    • Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to: scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation.
    • Serve as product owner to support teams managing new product launch, system implementations, and mechanisms to accelerate growth for the .com site sales.
    • Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve the .com site, especially on fulfillment and billing process.
    • Identify blockers, ruthlessly prioritize, and influence central teams without direct reporting relationships to deliver results.
    • Analyze inquires and issues on ERP interfaces or ERP system to come up with improvement plan and make changes to the system.

    What we are looking for:

    • 3-5 years of experience in project management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution and delivery.
    • 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment/distribution center/operations, supply chain, general management, or engineering operations.
    • Bachelor's degree in information sciences/or computer science, Business Administration, consulting, or business/analytical experience.
    • Expertise in product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge.
    • Expertise in software product development lifecycle.
    • Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred.
