    Position reports directly to the Associate Director

    *Summary:
    • This position produces monthly and annual growth by delivering new business and developing further business within existing accounts.
    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.


    • Develops full knowledge of assigned sales territory.
    • Prospects new opportunities for business.
    • Performs initial safety inspections of potential work sites.
    • Secures new accounts and expands business in existing accounts by preparing and presenting successful proposals.
    • Utilizes resources throughout the company to facilitate the sales process.
    • Develops and expands network of community contacts to maximize business development opportunities.
    • Reports to sales and operations management regularly concerning status of efforts.
    • Cooperates with and engages support of operations staff to assure business is served successfully.
    • Contacts existing clients on established schedule to assure satisfaction and explore opportunities to expand business.
    • The primary duty is making sales or obtaining orders or contracts for services for which a consideration will be paid by the client or customer.
    • Will be customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer's place or places of business.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    *Requirements


    • Ability to commute within assigned territory to reach prospective and existing client sites
    • Proficient in conducting outside & inside sales; as well as cold calling
    • Ability to work closely with Operations Manager for overall success of the branch
    • Must have a passion and urgency of understanding the success of the business
    • A strong understanding of all facets of the sales process
    • Proven track record for success in business development and revenue generation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles with tact and professionalism
    • Ability to meet required budget and quota expectations
