    What You Will Learn

    Manage data analytics, flows and reporting for LDB

    Maintain and troubleshoot existing data, flows and systems including SAP and L'Oreal legacy tools and databases
    Design & create innovative tools and reports to efficiently analyze data and close gaps
    Support global Supply Chain colleagues across departments with data sourcing, system knowledge & processes
    Expand knowledge of existing systems & future projects
    Work closely with central Data Analytics Team to understand new ways of working, new processes & systems
    Assist coordinating global projects and testing of new systems & processes

    Required Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For:
    BA/BS degree in Engineering, Programming, Business/Supply Chain or related field preferred
    Coding familiarity a must (VBA, SQL, JS, etc.); Power BI savvy is needed; Working with GCP a plus
    Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience within Supply Chain
    Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
    Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
    Results oriented; Ensures attention to detail
    Demonstrate professional judgment and sound decision-making skills
    Demonstrate success in persuasion, influence and negotiation skills
    Ability to manage in complex situation often needing to deliver innovative results
    Develop appreciation of global markets and cultural diversity
