    Job Title: Wise Platform Operations Senior Specialist

    As a Wise Platform Operations Senior Specialist, you'll be an integral part of the Global Products Operations team. Your role involves supporting Product Teams as a representative of the Payment Operations organization, ensuring the efficient and secure scaling of new and existing products, features, and processes.

    Here's what you'll be doing to contribute to the Operations Team:
    • Provide daily support to regional Payment Operations Teams for Global Products, including Platform and other global products, features, and processes
    • Maintain consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities within the designated domain
    • Collaborate with regional Payment Operations teams, product managers, and developers to optimize processes and find solutions
    • Coordinate the setup, testing, and launch of new products/partners from an operational standpoint
    • Communicate central changes with Payment Operations teams and stakeholders across various departments
    • Take ownership of training, communication, and documentation for Global Products Operations
    • Act as the initial escalation point for cases and crisis management within your area of expertise
    • Serve as the primary contact for global products in the Payments Operations organization and Product teams

    Additional Information

    • Salary: $70,720 USD annually
    • Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available
    • This is a hybrid position, requiring physical presence in the Austin, Texas area or relocation before the start date
