- Technical Expertise :Possess a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and relevant industry trends.Stay up-to-date on emerging pharmacy technologies and their potential impact on business processes.Work with developers to ensure technical solutions align with pharmacy system functionalities and user needs.
- Communication and Collaboration :Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Foster a collaborative and productive working environment with pharmacy teams and other departments.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on pharmacy systems or healthcare IT
- Minimum 3 years working in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Health Insurance industries
- Experience working with pharmacy software (e.g. CPR+, CareTend, PioneerRx)
- Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements.
