    Looking for a Sourcing Procurement Manager who will work in Tampa 2 days office and 3 days remote. Candidate Will be focused on lending, payments, and mortgage services



    Education Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience



    Required Qualifications:


    • 5-8 years of relevant experience


    • Experience in contract and vendor management


    • Experience working within the parameters of set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm


    • Demonstrated knowledge of finance/accounting


    • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications


    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication



    Responsibilities:


    • This is an intermediate management-level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees with a focus on procurement activities.


    • The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of goods and services requested by company personnel.


    • Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions)


    • Manage requests for proposal, eAuction, supplier negotiations, financial analysis, and contract administration


    • Identify opportunities to leverage sourcing of procurement and utilize procurement tools and processes to research supplier and commodity information as well as report and record procurement transactions


    • Manage the analysis, negotiation, drafting, and implementation of contracts, as well as oversee contracts/suppliers for compliance, deliverables, and opportunities


    • Analyze supplier proposals to identify savings, commitments, and opportunities as well as work with suppliers to measure/track performance and reporting requirements


    • Communicate with stakeholders to reduce the total cost of ownership of the procurement process as well as plan and negotiate agreements to minimize risk and exposure, and provide optimal terms and conditions


    • Monitor the supplier market and identify opportunities resulting from new product offerings and/or market shifts


    • Contribute to corporate initiatives including approved supplier program, diversity spend program, service excellence, procure to-pay program, and achieving annual measurement goals


    • Liaise with the sourcing team, legal, internal customers, and suppliers to ensure all audit guidelines are met and adherence to Client processes and procedures is achieved


    • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.


    • Can exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.


    • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.


    • Ability to manage teams.


    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
