    Senior Financial Analyst

    As key member of our finance division, you will work closely with controllership teams, operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Your role is crucial in providing analytical rigor and business partnering expertise to influence performance and drive results.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop forecasts, budget plans, and outlooks aligned with company objectives.
    • Maintain and improve financial models and analysis for business decisions.
    • Provide monthly variance analysis and management reports to senior leadership.
    • Ensure accurate month-end close by preparing revenue and expense accruals.
    • Enhance key performance indicators and offer actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
    • Identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
    • Support presentation materials for executive meetings.
    • Collaborate with FP&A teams to streamline processes and enhance data quality.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • At least 3 years' experience as a financial analyst, FP&A analyst, or similar roles.
    • Advanced Excel modeling skills and strong analytical capabilities.
    • Understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Oracle EPM, Power BI, and accounting software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification is desirable.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, data interpretation abilities, and communication confidence to engage with executives.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach with excellent time management skills.
