    Job Description

    This role requires precision in tasks according to instructions from the job site, customer, or project manager. As a TAB Technician, you will be the company's direct representative responsible for carrying out TAB work effectively on assigned projects.

    Responsibilities of a TAB Technician include:

    • Testing Mechanical Systems using specialized equipment.
    • Being punctual for job site arrivals, typically at 7:00 a.m. or as instructed.
    • Communicating effectively with other trades like Controls, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.
    • Maintaining proper job site etiquette and adhering to OSHA safety guidelines.
    • Reviewing job specifications, scope of work, blueprints, and safety requirements.
    • Meeting project-specific deadlines.
    • Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary.
    • Taking care of company-provided tools, vehicles, and instruments.
    • Completing training requirements for NEBB Certified Technician.
    • Accurately reporting test data.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
    • Certifications: OSHA 10- Construction Safety & Health online certificate.
    • Strong interest in joining the HVAC industry and willingness to learn.
